I’m an Independent talent acquisition professional with a passion for excellence, a knack for creating and maintaining both client and candidate relationships, and expertise in sourcing and placing top talent.

I focus specifically on the luxury to mid-tier markets, across many functions in high-end design, apparel and fashion, beauty, consumer goods, retail and hospitality industries in the wholesale, brick-and-mortar and e-commerce spheres. My assignments span from mid to the most senior level titles throughout an organization. While we work with clients to meet a wide range of recruiting needs, we specialize in direct hire, full-cycle, retained searches.

I work as a close extension of the client team to understand what and who they’re looking for, the interrelationships between job roles and functions, and the internal dynamics underfoot. And I work just as closely with candidates — focusing on their track record of skills and successes, who they are, what they want, and where and how they’ll thrive while adding the most value to a team.

I established my consulting business after many years as a successful agency recruiter in fashion and home furnishings. I wanted to leverage a differentiating skill set in the field: a background in organizational development, communications; and as a university-level educator in conflict resolution, mediation and negotiation.
