Cynthia Hollen is the US President of eShopWorld, one of the leading cross-border e-commerce platforms connecting the world’s biggest brands to shoppers in over 200 countries. An e-commerce pioneer, Hollen created the first e-commerce stores for retailers and brands from Bloomingdale’s to Zegna. Her experience working with dynamic retailers and manufacturers in the brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels straddles technology startups, private equity and investor firms, and many household names across fashion, consumer brands, finance, and platforms.
A specialist in end-to-end omnitail strategies, Hollen formerly founded and served as CEO of Knowledge Strategies Group, a strategic e-commerce advisory business that she sold to a public global system integrator. Hollen later served as CEO of the world’s largest online luxury marketplace, Luxury Trading Club, and launched advisory firm Omnitail Strategies. She also cofounded SocialExtract, a multichannel social CRM service.
Hollen holds a BA in Computer Science from Barnard College, Columbia University, and an MBA in Strategy/Marketing from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She serves on the board of a number of retail and e-commerce technology companies.
