In her Customer Engagement Director role at SMG, Hannah develops long-lasting relationships with multi-unit retail organizations and helps them effectively manage customer experience measurement initiatives that drive customer loyalty, brand advocacy and comp sales. Hannah has served in business development roles throughout her career. Prior to SMG, Hannah was a commercial property & casualty insurance producer, achieving a designation as a “Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist” and formerly worked as a third party licensed dealer for Microsoft, customizing integrated marketing solutions for farming, trucking and construction equipment retailers internationally.
