The Future of Retail is Feminine

If I have one takeaway from Shoptalk this week it’s this — further confirmation that the future of retail is feminine. With more than 100 women retail leaders speaking, there has been a lot to learn. From Women in Retail Leadership Circle’s partnership with The Girls’ Lounge @ Shoptalk to keynotes about company culture, artificial intelligence, and retail leadership, there was a lot to learn at this year’s Shoptalk. Below are just a few of my favorite quotes from the event:
